- Confirmation delivery date & time: Within 48 hours of placing your order, our driver will call you to confirm the delivery date and time and address any further questions or provide information about the delivery. We understand that your schedule matters, and we do our best to accommodate it.

- Delivery day: Upon delivery of your container, you and the carrier will inspect the container's quality and identify any discrepancies immediately by completing the Container Inspection Form. You can find more information about this process here.
Once the container order is placed and payment has been processed, the trucker will provide confirmation of the delivery dates. Our current delivery lead time ranges from 3 to 5 business days.
When you place your order, you can choose the direction in which you want the doors of the container to face when it is delivered. This will help you plan where to put the container at your location before it arrives. Ensure that you have enough space to fully open the container doors when placed. Take into account the width and height of the doors. It is recommended to walk the area and understand the footprint of a 20-40ft container on your property.
No, flatbed delivery requires you to have the right equipment, such as a forklift or crane, to offload the container. If you do not have this equipment, tilt bed delivery is the suitable option as the truck driver will place the container at your desired spot.
